Time Out Inn, LLC • Pet Policy

At Time Out Inn, we love animals. However, we can only allow pets (dogs only) at the Inn if guests take responsibility to ensure that their pet is not a nuisance. We ask that you agree to the following rules, in order that we can continue to allow pets.

1. Never leave your pet unattended anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, at any time.
Take your pet with you when you go out. No exceptions!

2. No barking. Barking is a nuisance to the neighbors and the innkeeper.

3. When outdoors, your pet must be on a leash. Ridgway Town Ordinance requires
that your dog be leashed most places within Town limits.

4. Clean up after your dog. Plastic bags are available for this purpose. Outdoor garbage cans are in the carport.

5. Do not allow your pet on the beds. If you cannot keep your pet off the beds, please request covers to protect the bed linens from pet dander that may bother future guests due to allergies (despite laundering). We will be more than happy to provide bed covers for this purpose.

6. If you do not adhere to these rules, you may be asked to leave prior to your scheduled departure. You remain responsible for payment of the entire booked reservation. No refunds will be given if you violate these rules.

7. You will be charged an additional $10 per night for each pet staying with you.

8. An advance pet deposit, in cash, of $100 is required for your pet. This deposit will be promptly refunded if there is no damage or extra cleaning required. We will inspect the premises before you leave, whenever possible, to determine charges/refunds with regard to your pet.
